This consolidated policy also serves visitors previously covered by our separate regional privacy statements (EU, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and Brazil).

Please do not submit sensitive personal data (for example, Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information). If we discover such data, we will delete it where feasible.
b) Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, OS, referring/exit pages, timestamps, pages viewed, and interactions.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5 (Cookies) below.

We may receive business contact information from service providers (for example, form processors, analytics) or from publicly available sources (for example, your company website or professional profiles) consistent with applicable law.
3) How We Use Information
We use personal information to:

- Operate and improve the Site: diagnose issues, analyze performance and usage, enhance content and navigation.
- Security and fraud prevention: protect our Site, users, and systems.

Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our processing is based on: performance of a contract (responding to RFQs, providing services), legitimate interests (running a secure, effective business website), consent (marketing communications), and legal obligations (record-keeping, compliance).
4) How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed and with safeguards:
- Service providers (processors): website hosting and security, content delivery, form processing, file storage, analytics, email service, and CRM tools. These parties are contractually bound to use the data only to provide services to us.
- Professional advisors: auditors, legal counsel, and similar advisors under confidentiality.
- Legal compliance and protection: to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; to enforce our terms; or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continued protections.
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (CPRA). We also do not allow third-party advertising cookies on the Site.
5) Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses a small set of cookies and similar technologies to operate and to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics 4 configured with Google Consent Mode v2: advertising storage and advertising personalization signals are set to denied, Google Signals is off, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are placed. Because the Site sets no cookies that require consent prompts, we do not show a cookie banner.
For the full list of technologies, how they behave, and how to opt out, see our Cookie Policy. You can also control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” where those concepts apply (we don’t sell or share, but we honor the signal).
6) RFQ Files, CAD Data, and Confidentiality
We treat files you upload (drawings, CAD, specifications) as confidential business information and use them only to evaluate, quote, or perform work for you. If you require an NDA, we can provide a standard mutual NDA upon request. Please avoid including personal data in technical files wherever possible.
7) Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical examples:
- RFQ/quote records and related files: retained for the quoting cycle and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up, dispute, or repeat orders.
- Marketing contacts: kept until you unsubscribe or after a period of inactivity, then suppressed or deleted per our retention schedule.
- Career submissions: retained consistent with applicable employment and equal-opportunity laws.
- Analytics data: retained per our analytics configuration.
When retention ends, we delete or anonymize the data.
8) Your Choices and Rights
