Management Careers

Lead man, supervisor, plant manager. Leads at Northern run crews, robotic cells, and code jobs, and they came up through this same training path.

Engineering

Welding engineering and manufacturing engineering. A welder who knows how a joint actually goes together writes better procedures and better routings.

Advanced Technology

Robotic welding and laser welding. The shop runs vision-guided robotic cells and fiber laser welding, and welders train into programming and running them.
